The Institute of Psychology of the Czech Academy of Science regularly holds conferences with the help of various partners, such as the different Czech and Slovak universities and scientific institutes.

  • The Social Processes and Personality conference is open to research contributions from the fields of personality psychology, social psychology and other related psychological disciplines.
  • The Czech-Slovak conference called the Qualitative Approach and Methods in Human Sciences is an interdisciplinary conference that usually hosts international participants.
  • The Winter School of Cognitive Psychology is a four-day workshop that aims to provide students with an opportunity of meeting, consulting, and opening a discussion with cognitive science experts, typically with international guests presenting.
  • On May 4th 2017 – on the occasion of its 50th anniversary – the Institute of Psychology of the ASCR, p.r.i. hosted an international conference in Hotel International Brno called Ψ50.
